By creating an account or using Boot Stream, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Boot Stream lets you upload files and share them through a link that plays or downloads in a browser. Uploads can be made from the website or through our Telegram bots. Viewers reach your content through a page that may show advertising, or instantly if they hold a Premium subscription.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you hold the rights to the content, or have permission from the rights holder, and you grant us the technical licence needed to store and deliver it to people who open your link.

You are responsible for what you upload and share. We do not review content before it is published.

What is not allowed

• Content you do not own or have permission to share.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a minor. This results in immediate account termination and a report to the authorities.
• Malware, phishing pages, or files designed to deceive or harm.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against a group.
• Artificial traffic, bots, or any attempt to generate views that are not from real people.

Earnings

Publishers earn from genuine visits to their links. Only real, verified views are counted; duplicate visits from the same visitor, automated traffic, and views from the publisher's own account are not. Rates are shown in your dashboard and may change with notice.

Earnings are held for a short review period before withdrawal becomes available. We may withhold or reverse earnings that were generated through artificial traffic or in breach of these terms.

Premium

Premium removes advertising for the subscriber and is tied to a single account and device. Sharing Premium access is not permitted. Premium is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; see our refund policy.

Suspension

We may disable a link, remove a file, or suspend an account that breaches these terms or receives repeated valid copyright notices. Where an account is suspended for policy violations, unpaid earnings may be withheld.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Files may become unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, or removal following a valid complaint.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
